Sponsorship & media requests

To submit a sponsorship or media proposal, please use this link and complete a Proposal Submission Form. 

We appreciate your interest in securing a sponsorship from Imperial Oil.

Since it's time-consuming for an organization to apply for sponsorship, we encourage you to carefully review our programs and consider the following before applying. We generally do not sponsor:

• Organizations that are not Canadian or are without Canadian affiliation.
• Individual applicants, employees and their family members.
• Proposals that stand alone, with limited opportunity for integration with Imperial's sponsorship properties or partners.
• Opportunities that do not support our general hockey-focused sponsorship strategy.

A majority of our funds are already committed to our existing sponsorship partners. In assessing sponsorship opportunities we take into account the impact of the program on a national basis, the offer, the fit to our marketing brand strategies and general sponsorship guidelines, the ability for the company and its employees to support the program and its impact on the communities in which we live.
